  • Phase 02 (90%)

     

    Remaining 90% of Land

    Within ±30 days (depending on cash or bank purchase), the remaining 90% of the land value, equal to USD $93,361, is paid at the notary.

    • At this appointment, the land is officially transferred to the Buyer’s name.
    • The construction agreement for the house is signed at the same time.

2. CONSTRUCTION PHASE

  • Reservation Deposit (Construction): At the notary, simultaneously with the land transfer and construction contract signing, the Buyer must pay 10% of the house value, equal to USD $24,464.70.
  • The remaining 90% of the house value, USD $220,182.30, will be paid across the following 6 phases:
