PAYMENT PROCESS: 2 PHASES IN ONE CONTRACT

1. LAND & RESERVATION PHASE

Reservation: A deposit of 10% of the land value must be paid to reserve the unit. This equals USD $10,374.
Remaining 90% of Land: Within ±30 days (depending on cash or bank purchase), the remaining 90% of the land value, equal to USD $93,361, is paid at the notary.
- At this appointment, the land is officially transferred to the Buyer’s name.
- The construction agreement for the house is signed at the same time.

Phase 01 (10%)

Phase 02 (90%)
Remaining 90% of Land
Within ±30 days (depending on cash or bank purchase), the remaining 90% of the land value, equal to USD $93,361, is paid at the notary.
- At this appointment, the land is officially transferred to the Buyer’s name.
- The construction agreement for the house is signed at the same time.

2. CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Reservation Deposit (Construction): At the notary, simultaneously with the land transfer and construction contract signing, the Buyer must pay 10% of the house value, equal to USD $24,464.70.
The remaining 90% of the house value, USD $220,182.30, will be paid across the following 6 phases:
